1. City of Perth - Tender No. 118-09/10

Reconstruction of Mounts Bay Road River wall Stage 4 Old Swan Brewery Section - Demolition and removal of river wall structures and rubble, construction of new reconstituted limestone river walls by cofferdam.

DVH Industries Pty Ltd completed contract on time and budget.

2. City of Perth - Tender No. 091-08/09

Reconstruction of Mounts Bay Road River wall Stage 3 Old Swan Brewery to Carpark 1 - Demolition and removal of river wall structures and rubble, construction of new reconstituted limestone river walls by cofferdam.

3. City of Belmont

Balbuk Way/Goodwood Parade Foreshore Stabilisation Works

The Contract was to construct reventment walls to the riverbank. This involved the erection of a cofferdam, dewatering, earthworks and placement of geofabric and rock to design levels, backfilling and the construction of a footpath. Responsibility for all safety precautions ensuring that sufficient barricades, warning lamps and other protective measures required were provided to ensure safety at all times during the performance of works under the contract.

All works were completed, tested and accepted by The City of Belmont as to the given drawings and to the terms of the specifications supplied on time and budget.

4. Laneway Constructions

Bulk Earthworks
Luisini Road, Wangara

Construct 10,000m2 building pad. Contract involved bulk earthworks of over 10,000 tonne of cut-fill, limestone walls, drainage and asphalt.
